Coffee Subscription Box
Develop a custom, unique style of illustrations for the Mistobox brand. Illustrations will be used on the website to demonstrate the Mistobox process for new customers.
The iconography style developed for Mistobox was inspired by their current branding — in particular the logo for ‘Mistobox One’. The circular basis for the illustrations keep the graphics self-contained and distinctive, but key elements break out of the borders to show individuality and playfulness. The clean, geometric illustration style is simple enough to be easily to understood, but complex enough to be visually interesting.
The goal for these icons is to explain the Mistobox subscription process to new visitors clearly and simply and help minimize the need for explanatory copy. Mistobox are using the icons on the landing page of their redesigned website.
Reinforces the idea that coffee is chosen based on the preferences subscribers select during the sign up process.
A playful representation of open flame under coffee beans is used to simplify this stage since some subscribers may not recognize a coffee tester or roaster.

This set of icons is visible to existing customers who are exploring their customer dashboard after logging in. These icons weave consistency through the web experience by continuing the iconography style set by the process illustrations and reinforce the Mistobox brand while also creating a unique experience.
These illustrations continue to reinforce the iconography style while adding interest and unique character to not-yet populated areas of the dashboard. These supporting graphics celebrate the joy of the coffee making experience to excite customers for their coffee to come.
Because the only thing that should be out-of-the-box with Mistobox is delicious coffee, custom icons were created for even the fine details of their website. This allows their unique iconography style to flow through the entire web experience to shows their dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
