Botaniq is Corktown, Detroit’s first legal provisioning center(aka dispensary). After year’s of working with local and state government to apply for licenses and meet the criteria to open, Botaniq opened their doors in Detroit’s historic Corktown neighborhood in fall 2018.

Michigan’s cannabis laws are still evolving, and with recreational cannabis on the horizon, we developed the BotaniQ brand with future growth in mind. Both the brand marks and packaging lines were designed to allow for expansion into new towns and cities, and new product lines, with the vision of becoming a leading cannabis brand in the Midwest.
BotaniQ’s visual identity, inspired by their location in the historic neighborhood of Corktown, was built for growth. As well as the main logo, badge and monogram; the brand includes a full packaging range.
BotaniQ opened its door on November 6, the same day that Michigan voters approved a ballot measure to legalize recreational cannabis.
The BotaniQ brand is the first high-end cannabis brand in the Midwest and has been described by customers as “bright and inviting”.
